WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR COLLECTION?
We have a new shop in Gordonsville , Virginia! If you’re not in the area, we're happy to send swatches for you to see and feel. Contact us to request.
WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
Many of our products are made to order and can take 4-8 weeks to fulfill. If in stock, Talini products will ship within a week of receiving your order. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected ship date.
DO YOU KEEP INVENTORY?
We keep a limited selection in stock. If not in stock, your order can usually be custom-made.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Any item found to be unsatisfactory can be returned in unused condition in original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us to obtain return authorization. Refunds will be made after we receive the merchandise back. Custom orders cannot be returned.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Products sent to an address in Virginia must include state sales tax. Sales tax is not required for products sent to other states or outside the US.
DO YOU SELL FABRIC BY THE YARD?
In most cases, yes. Contact us to request.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship via FedEx ground for a $25 flat fee in the US. Please contact us for any special shipping requests.
DO YOU HAVE A TRADE PROGRAM?
Yes, we offer interior designers and design professionals a 15% discount off retail prices.
DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
No, we sell directly to our customers on this site and in our shop in Gordonsville, Virginia.
