WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
Many of our products are made to order and can take 4-8 weeks to fulfill. If in stock, Talini products will ship within a week of receiving your order. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected ship date.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
There is no minimum order.
DO YOU KEEP INVENTORY?
We keep a limited selection in stock. If not in stock, your order can be custom-made.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
Shipping is based on weight. We ship via FedEx ground unless otherwise requested. Please contact us for any special shipping requests.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Any item found to be unsatisfactory can be returned in unused condition in original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us to obtain return authorization. Refunds will be made after we receive the merchandise back. Custom orders cannot be returned.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Products sent to an address in Virginia must include state sales tax. Sales tax is not required for products sent to other states or outside the US.
